    • Choose your category from regular or student (ignores the €0 bug)
    • If you have an accompagnying person, choose the optional paying extras for her or him
    • You will be able to pay online by credit card or by wire transfer (and for French institutions by order form)
    • You will receive by email a paid invoice or a proforma invoice at the end of the process

    If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please register first, and send an email to itqw.2025@gmail.com indicating your affiliation and a copy of your passport, and the length of time you plan to stay.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellation must be requested in writing to itqw.2025@gmail.com

    • If the cancellation request is received before July 1st 2025, a cancellation fee of €100 will be deducted.
    • If the cancellation request is received between July 1st, 2025 and August 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee.
    • No cancellations will be refunded after August 15, 2025.
    • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
    • Registered individuals can, however, be replaced without financial penalties until August 29, 2025. In this case, please inform itqw.2025@gmail.com as soon as possible.
