Instructions

• Follow the link and please complete the form.
  You will be able to pay on line, or by order for French institutions only.
• If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please register first, and send an email to itqw.2025@gmail.com indicating your affiliation and a copy of your passport, and the length of time you plan to stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be requested in writing to itqw.2025@gmail.com

• If the cancellation request is received before June 15, 2025, a cancellation fee of €100 will be deducted.
• If the cancellation request is received between June 16, 2025 and August 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee.
• No cancellations will be refunded after August 15, 2025.
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Registered individuals can, however, be replaced without financial penalties until August 25, 2025. In this case, please inform itqw.2025@gmail.com as soon as possible.
