INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

• ORAL PRESENTERS

INVITED TALK: 30 min (25′ presentation, 5′ questions)

ORAL COMMUNICATION: 15 min (12′ presentation, 3′ questions)

Presenters should be present 10 min before the start of the session and inform the session chair of their arrival. Presenters can bring an USB stick with the presentation (eventually their own computer), format ppt or pdf.
Uploading can be done during any break before the session.

• POSTER PRESENTERS

A0 sized in portrait form W841xH1189 mm.
Double-face tape will be provided at the poster session desk.
Posters should be set on Tuesday at lunch time.
Poster presenters should be present by their poster for the duration of the session.
Posters may be left in place for the duration of the workshop
